An introductory evening on the basics of tantra
A three hour event with one of the world’s most renowned innovators of Tantra to be held at Flowering on Monday the 26th of March 2012, from 19.00 - 22.00.

In the course of this evening Vartman will among others speak about the basic theory of Tantra, and lead some simple, yet powerful exercises, all fully clothed and not too scary or demanding. You can come alone, or you can bring your partner. Tantra can, among many other things help ignite the spark in a relationship that maybe has become dull. You don't need to bring more than an open mind and willingness to learn.

You will learn the basics of
• How to practice transcending the need for men to ejaculate
• Finding fulfilment in sex without goals
• How to conduct and circulate energy in the body
• Practicing to feel your partner’s sexual energy
• Understand how to restore sexual attraction between long term partners.

General
Tantra is a spiritual path, in which you consciously use your sexual energy to realise, and experience, that you are a part of the divine, and that you are much bigger than just your personality. The form of Tantra he is teaching is an oral tradition, in which you through practice learn to develop a depth of awareness that you can use to improve the quality of your daily-life: work, family life and sexuality.

About Alex Vartman
He is an inspirational speaker, originally from Australia, but at the moment going there where people call him. In the late 90's he was known for his satsangs. Many sannyasins have visited him. Vartman is a name from Osho, it means consciousness here now. After having studied with David Deida for many years, he has started teaching his own form, called The New Tantra. He has his own ideas about tantra, is a true energy master, and has the capacity to ignite people’s eternal flame. At the Ängsbacka festival he gave some powerful workshops. He says: “One of my intentions is to invite people to transform their sexuality into a deep physical and spiritual healing, including learning how to bring light to their perhaps “darker” sexual longings. Often the lack of a deeply fulfilling and healing sexlife can be a cause of infidelity and suffering. Understanding how Spirit works through human beings, gives a valuable insight into the dynamics of why most couples become unattracted in the long run. In Tantra you stop “working” towards a certain goal, and that makes that you get fully charged, again and again, in stead of that you (especially men) get disinterested and with less energy.”
